control your Livebox with your smartphone
Thanks to the My Livebox application, I can manage the various services on my Livebox and home network. All from my smartphone or tablet. I can be notified if a problem arises with my telephone system, wifi or television, and I receive a diagnosis so that I can get things up and running again by myself or contact the customer service teams if necessary. I can also manage my wifi and the equipment connected to my Livebox. For instance, I can restrict or reauthorize network access for my children's smartphones, tablets and computers, to prevent them from going online at any time...and especially late at night! And if a friend wants to connect up to my Livebox with wifi, I can immediately send them the security key by text message or QR-Code.
Orange is the only operator to offer a mobile app enabling the end-to-end diagnosis and repair of internet service faults. Available for Android and iOS smartphones and tablets, this app contains help for installing your Livebox, consulting your connected equipment, viewing and sharing your wifi key, and diagnosing and troubleshooting Orange services in your home. All the devices can be configured and their internet access restricted. Lastly, your wifi activation can be scheduled for different timeslots.
The My Livebox app with integrated assistance will be available in France for Android smartphones from November 2013 and for iPhones and tablets from February 2014.
